Energy transition is not just a long-term vision but a “must-act now” involving a complex transformation process.
It requires a shift in strategy, in mindset, in operations and sometimes in business plans. Sustainability initiatives have to be defined and implemented across various functions and geographies.
In addition, the energy transition challenge should be tackled based on the value of ecosystems created by different entities geographically close, their interactions and the complementarity of their energy needs and production capacity.
